FSCL
Approved dispute resolution scheme every adviser must belong to. Published fee $315 + GST per adviser a year (1 to 5 advisers).
NZMAI members pay FSCL's group rate of $250 + GST a year per adviser. FSCL also charges a one-off application fee of $100 + GST to whoever holds the new FSCL membership. NZMAI recommends FSCL as its preferred dispute resolution scheme.
FSCL membership is usually held by your financial advice provider or authorised body, covering the advisers working under it. If you work under another provider's licence, ask them first, as their membership may already cover you.
